Perth’s Best Nourish Bowls

Share

Nourish bowls have changed the breakfast game, in a big way. For the uninitiated, your typical nourish bowl is a combination of proteins, greens and grains into one Instagram worthy, deliciously satisfying meal. Nourish bowls are perfect for any meal of the day, but we’re big fans of the brekkie nourish bowl. Starting your day with a nourish bowl is a sure-fire way to ensure you’re packing in all the essential nutrients your mind and body need for the day ahead. We’ve rounded up some of our favourites across Perth, so fuel up with these bowls of goodness!

The Raw Kitchen, Fremantle

An icon in Perth’s health food café scene, The Raw Kitchen’s nourish bowl is a delicious combination of quinoa, avocado and pickled veg such as beetroot, mushrooms, cucumber and sauerkraut. Topped off with marinated tofu and a satisfying satay sauce, this is one bowl to get your hands on, pronto!

Nature’s Harvest, Cottesloe

You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to the breakfast bowl menu at Nature’s Harvest. Choose from superfood acai bowls lovingly adorned with fresh fruit or get creative and make your own bespoke bowl with some of the finest organic ingredients and toppings.

Pearth, West Leederville

Mother earth knows best at Pearth and we can’t get enough of the Macro Bowl that features on their all-day menu. Loaded with seasonal vegetables, avocado, brown rice, hummus, dukkah and house-made miso dressing, this bowl will sustain your energy levels all day long. Add kimchi or tempeh too for a lil’ something extra!

Someday Coffee Co, Floreat

The guys at Someday Coffee Co. know a thing or two when it comes to food. If you’ve ever cast your eyes over their all-day menu, you’ll find nothing but tasty food that is just chock full of all the good stuff. There are a few nourish bowls to choose from at Someday Coffee Co. but we can never go past the Green Protein Bowl for a brekkie that really packs a punch.

Good Things Cafe, Mosman Park

Set yourself up good and proper for the day ahead with a Good Vibes Bowl from the team at Good Things. Leafy greens kale and spinach are paired with quinoa, carrot puree, broccolini and a poached egg for maximum nutrients and all of the yum!
