Heart Foundation Walking

Join a group or walk solo with The Heart Foundation’s walking initiative. With groups meeting regularly, and enjoying exercise as well as each other’s company, this is a fantastic program if you’re new to Brissy and you’re looking to meet new people with every step you take.

The Medibank Feel Good Program
Little Stanley Street, Southbank

From 2 October to 2 December, you can get summer body ready with free outdoor group exercise classes hosted by qualified Goodlife Health Clubs trainers on the Little Stanley Street Lawns. No bookings necessary, just show up prepared to work hard. This program is particularly good for city workers, with classes every day including Saturday, and a range of both morning and evening sessions. Meet us there on Thursday for dance lessons!

A Brisbane icon. Remember all that jumping around you would do at humble Streets Beach as a kid? Relive it all with a few laps of a morning in the scenic confines of the manufactured shore. It’s no Coolie Coast but for a quick dip, we think it does the job, nicely.
