Yes, the company offers several country travel sim cards like Japan and Europe SIM cards. Without further ado, we present to you the best (most current list) of healthy offerings in Perth. You’re welcome: The Raw Kitchen Fremantle With a brand new Yoga studio; The Yoga Lab and their recently expanded zero waste store, The Raw Kitchen have always been leaders in the field of healthy eating and sustainable living, but they’ve stepped it up a notch. Despite the name, only 50% of their food is actually raw, with the remainder of their menu dedicated to cooked plant-based foods like yellow coconut curry and beetroot ravioli with kimchi and parsley ‘mayonnaise.’ You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu for presentation, taste, and health. Everything on it is filled to the brim with healing nutrients and probiotics for gut health and free of sugar, dairy, and gluten. Esprezzo Noranda Esprezzo‘s menu has next-level goodness – we’re talking all of the superfood lattes; beetroot, matcha and turmeric, plus their fresh cold-pressed juices are a must (our fave is the Vitality Juice!). You’ll find the usual plant-based suspects we’ve come to know and love; from healthy dessert masquerading as guilty pleasures to nutritious smoothie bowls and if you’re a little more peckish we loved the sautéed mushrooms dish on wholegrain rye. We not only love the cafe vibe and food, but the owners Jason and Brianna are glowing with goodness too! Jason has been working in the hospitality industry as a chef and barista for the last 25 years, and we can vouch he makes the best coffee around town. Brianna self-confessed foodie and a big passion for healthy food and living, making them a dynamic duo with enthusiasm which brings this healthy cafe to life! Panache CBD We think you can never have too many last minute healthy options in Perth for those days where you rushed out the door without lunch or didn’t have any time to prep. When a vegetable panini doesn’t cut it for a healthy lunch, Panache does balanced lunch boxes and cold-pressed juices to take away with you. Conveniently placed just off St Georges Terrace, this is a must-know spot for those working in the CBD. The Little Concept Fremantle Revolutionising the hot beverage genre beyond caffeinated drinks, The Little Concept is where the beetroot chocolate and turmeric latte were born (in Perth, at least). You’ll also find the hard-to-come-by Rooibos espresso drink sold there, almost good enough to replace your morning coffee with, along with a cabinet of balanced lunchboxes, and home-made veggie patties, either in a wrap or on its own with a salad. Loving Hut Cafe Victoria Park From raw mango to tofu and walnut ‘sausage rolls,’ The Loving Hut combines healthy staples with a few indulgent options to keep plant-based eaters happy on those days where all you want is something carb-y to fill you up or cure a hangover. They also stock their very own vegan products in IGA’s and Famer Jack’s all around Perth, like their ‘notzarella,’ and plant-based pies. Peko Peko Attadale, Doubleview & Dunsborough Once upon a time, Peko Peko was exclusive to Dunsborough and Doubleview, but nowadays south siders get their very own local, with the opening of their new Attadale opening. With that same rice paper roll and sushi goodness, complete with a choice of endless dipping sauces to go with, healthy takeaway doesn’t get more satisfying, or delicious. If hot food is what you’re after, there’s curries, or a $12 soup and roll combo for those that want the best of both worlds. Health Freak Cafe Various Locations With a passion for health and fitness, the founder of Health Freak Café; Victoria Carbone, understands that post workout, a salad just won’t do. Creating wheat free solutions on their entire menu, she offers accessible healthy and sustaining food, suited to all dietary requirements, from gluten-intolerant, vegetarians, or vegans. The popularity of her comprehensive menus has led her to open a Health Freak Café all around Perth and Australia wide. Veggie Mama Mt Lawley Oh, mama indeed; there’s no beating this salad cabined, and also the veggie patties the size of your head, on display at Veggie Mama. They are a sure-fire way to satisfy any level of hunger, no matter how ravenous you are when you arrive. For that newly plant-based that still salivate at the sight of scrambled or poached eggs, their equally good scrambled tofu will save you from that temptation. Acai Brothers Fremantle, City Beach, Leederville and Whitfords More of a superfood bar than a café, The Acai Brothers specialise in acai bowls, smoothies, juices, raw treats and of course, coffee. Located all around Australia, they’re the fastest growing superfood bar franchise in Australia and for good reason. Their sense of humour and integrity for producing the best acai bowls going ‘round has earned them a loyal following and glowing reputation. Source Foods Highgate Sourcing local, organic, and sustainably, Source Foods lead by example with their healthy offering of burgers, sandwiches, and salads. From smashed pea bruschetta with sautéed mushrooms on the breakfast menu to their biodynamic tempeh burger with cashew cheddar, it’s a menu that delights with ingenuity and the commitment to adding a rainbow of wholefoods in every dish. With plenty of cosy spots to post up in their simple, stylish café — it ticks the box for their welcoming atmosphere too.
