This is an iconic one-stop shop godsend in South Fremantle.  Make multi-tasking a pleasure at Manna where you can fill your belly, stock your pantry and refresh your fridge/freezer with organic nom noms and specialised goodies to cover all dietary requirements. Manna embodies the Freo culture. It combines a retail experience with soul food – and nails it!

Ever knocked back a date because you’re off the booze?  Sick of trying to look enthusiastic about drinking water at a social event?  Well relax.  Local lads at Kommunity Brew have you covered.  Known as Yogi Beer, Kombucha is an awesome alternative. Available on tap and bottled in 2 delish flavours – Original and Wild Jasmine, it’s fast making a name for itself in restaurants, cafes and healthy hotspots around Perth.  If you’re fave local doesn’t stock it – ask them to!  You’ll find this bodacious brew in fridges around Freo including Manna and Heaven Raw Café.  Also on tap at Roots & Greens on Wray Ave. Jump on board the KB Kombucha Train – this express is going places!

If like me, you’ve become slightly disillusioned about the practice of yoga versus the focus on the latest active wear, then I have the shala for you - unpretentious, down to earth, quality yoga.  That’s what you’ll get at any of the classes at the Beacon Yoga Centre.  Free to get as bendy and lengthy as you like, this shala is rooooomy!
