First up, briefly tell us a bit about yourself and what you do!

My name is Bec aka Nourish Naturally. I am a Dietitian & Nutritionist from Sydney. I love summer, the beach and being outdoors! I also love all things health, food and fitness.

What’s your morning routine to set you up for a great day?

I wake up around 5:30am, have coffee with my husband at our favourite cafe grind, then go and run outdoors at the beach or do a workout at F45 Cronulla. I then come back home and have breakfast and get into my work for the day.

Do you take any supplements, vitamins or special wellness elixirs? If so, we’d love to know!

Food is how I nourish my body. Real, healthy, nutritious food. I don’t regularly take any supplements, vitamins or elixirs – however I do use protein powders on occasions for convenience. I believe supplements etc should be used to “supplement” not replace your healthy eating :).

Do you have an evening wind-down ritual?

I love going down to the beach at sunset, taking photos and going for a walk.

Your absolute favourite healthy cafe in Sydney is?

The Grounds of Alexandria. I actually worked on their healthy menu with them! Their food is delicious, healthy, and the location is beyond beautiful!

Favourite farmers market or healthy place to shop?

I currently get a giant box of fresh fruit and veggies delivered each week from a local company called Seeking Fresh.

What’s your fitness routine & favourite way to get sweaty and where’s your go-to?

I love working out! It’s my “me time” and makes me feel amazing physically and mentally! I also love the challenge and love pushing myself! I train most days and my workouts vary from running (including interval training, stairs, hills and long runs), HIIT sessions at F45 and strength and weights training. But my all time favourite way to get sweaty is at the sandhills in Cronulla.

If you could only wear one brand of activewear for the rest of your life it would be…

What’s your dream wellness vacay?

Reethi Beach in the Maldives. Laurent & I went here for our honeymoon and I want to live here one day haha.
