Sneak Peek: What’s in Buzzy Nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullen’s Fridge?

We’re not gonna lie. We like a good old stalk as much as the next person (maybe more), but our primary fascination is very much wellness-oriented. If we can get a behind the scenes look into your handbag, makeup kit and bathroom we’ll be more thrilled than finding out via social media that your ex’s new girlfriend’s dad did some jail time 20 years ago.

Our holy grail, however, is the bright white refrigerator. What lies beyond it’s doors is of our greatest fascination – so we were super thrilled when incredible nutritionist & celebrity chef Zoe Bingley-Pullen granted us with a sneak peek into hers! Read on for some shopping list inspo…

Crisper

– Carrots, lemon, beetroots, celery, fresh ginger and turmeric for my daily cold pressed juice – a ritual in our house
– Green leafy veg such as spinach, rocket and watercress for salads, soups and pesto/dips
– Seasonal veg such as broccoli, cucumber, zucchini, grape tomatoes, capsicum and mushrooms to add to meals and create dinner sides from
– Guaranteed there will be an abundance of avocados! I use it n anything and everything including smoothies, salads, dips, sauces and on toast
– Seasonal fruit – apples, papayas, berries etc for simple snacks or smoothies

Middle Shelves

– Carton of free-range organic eggs – a simple and healthy form of protein for meals or snacks. I often boil a few for the week and have in the fridge ready to go, otherwise I love starting my day with scrambled eggs (and avo!)
– Natural full fat organic yoghurt – for breakfast, snacks, salad dressings or sauces
– Full fat organic cheese – cheese is my chocolate so I usually have some form of cheese on the go such as goats or an aged parmesan
– Coconut water for smoothies or a refreshing drink – especially in spring/summer
– Homemade tomato pasta sauce to create a quick meal from
– Beetroot dip or another dip for the week – for use as a salad dressing, on top of roast veg or as a snack with veg

Top Shelf

Hemp seeds, LSA and raw nuts and seeds for breakfast dishes, smoothies, snacks and sauces
– Store bought items such as harissa paste – very useful to make quick meals from
– Probiotics which I take every morning
– Homemade kombucha or sauerkraut if I have time or store bought – to support gut health
– Miso paste – my alternative to stock – very versatile and great for gut health
– My 2 favourite indulgences – sea salt potato chips and organic sea salt popcorn! I love to have these as an afternoon treat or whenever I am craving something salty.

Hopefully you’re feeling inspired – we sure are!
