We love a boutique wellness offering and, lucky for us, there’s no shortage of fresh options popping up all over Sydney. In case you missed them, here are 5 of the best new places to work out, sweat, and have an epic healthy meal in Sydney.

1. Peaches Pilates - Bondi & Maroubra

The ladies at Peaches Pilates, the queens of total body toning (or, “TBT”, as the Peachies call it), have just opened their much anticipated second location in Maroubra Beach.
Classes include Boxing, H.I.I.P (High-Intensity Interval Pilates), Booty Camp, Roll & Restore, Barre Burn and our fave, the signature Peaches Pilates mat class.
Legend owner, Bec Chidiac, shows no mercy when taking you through each sequence, doing so with a huge smile and a side of cheeky banter!
Old school R&B playlists combined with a killer view and that deep booty burn, name a better combo.

2. Wildfire Wellness - Maroubra

Also located in Maroubra is Wildfire Wellness, an infrared sauna and wellness studio designed to support you on your journey towards a low-tox lifestyle. The self-care hub is also home to a variety of complementary therapies and a beautiful retail space bursting with thoughtfully curated natural and organic products, as well as locally designed clothing. If you haven’t tried one, infrared sauna’s are the ultimate stress-busting experience. Wildfire’s top-of-the-range Clearlight saunas are fitted out with medical-grade chromotherapy (colour therapy) that you can match to suit your mood, and you can even add Young Living essential oils to really take your self-care session to the next level. Take your bestie along for a gossip sesh, or just totally relax and take some much-needed time out for yourself.

3. Rosie’s - Coogie

The home of the ‘Conscious Cocktail’, Rosie’s is centered around the philosophy of ‘Food as Medicine’ and this is reflected in their gorgeous menu. The veggies are seasonal, the meat is grass-fed and hormone free and the entire menu is refined sugar and GMO free. We know. It’s literally a dream come true! All this goodness combined with the dreamy decor makes for a wellness lovers dream dinner date.

Start with the haloumi wrapped in prosciutto, follow with the whole market fish and then treat yourself to a delicious miso sticky date pudding with coyo cream. The menu is perfectly paired with a sustainably curated wine list and delicious cocktails that make the perfect accompaniment to your girls night out.

4. Paramount Recreation Club - Surry Hills

Paramount Recreation Club is the newest venture by the crew behind Golden Age Cinema & Bar, and shares the same killer rooftop as Paramount Coffee in Surry Hills. Bringing together physical, mental and social health, it’s a one-stop shop for a healthy mind and body.

Start the weekend right with a Saturday morning yoga class in the beautiful open-air pavilion, followed by a delish breaky from the kiosk on the Californian-inspired rooftop terrace.

5. Nalini’s - Bronte

Nalini’s is probiotic-themed, 100% gluten free and vegan-friendly, and is serving up some of the most delicious dosas we’ve ever tasted! The menu has been designed using the principles of Ayurveda as a guide, combined with a huge focus on gut health - AND everything is made in-house.
The Masala Dosa served with three chutneys is a delicious lunch option - make sure to order a side of Indian Falafels to share. Oh and did we mention they also have vegan, cashew ice cream sundaes…drool!
