True wellness is the most important wealth, don’t you agree? As a registered naturopath with over 8 years of university education, it is my duty to share this information with the world so you too can have the opportunity to live a life of greatness!

I personally wasn’t always healthy.

I used to be different. I knew I could do more and was reading everything I could get on health and trying every new tip I could learn.

But I felt stuck.

By stuck, I mean my blood tests seemed all ok according to the doctors, but my skin was bad and my energy was low. I still was so tired I couldn’t get out of bed easily without a couple of coffees.

My anxiety was still there and the doctors only had medication to try if I wanted.

Thank goodness for nutritional support and the power of herbal medicine. I followed my heart, recovering and then embarking upon study.

I’m so passionate, I’m even doing my masters in complimentary medicine at the university of Tasmania.
