Last Friday we went back to Tamara Yoga for a relaxing Yin class – what an amazing way to kick off the weekend after a busy week! Thanks to all who catted with us and gave feedback. Oh and drum roll… exciting news: Tamara’s opening her third studio, soon welcoming yogis in Fremantle!

We barely took time to take a breath and started the new week with two lunchtime classes at The Yoga Vine in Perth’s CBD. With the studio located right on St Georges Terrace it’s no wonder that the room was packed with chatty, excited yogis, all ready to spend (and receive!) energy in Donna’s dynamic class. Her 45min classes are perfectly choreographed and give plenty of energy for the rest of a long working day.

To those who have the luxury of time we highly recommend staying put for Donna’s Roll & Release class. You don’t even need to be into yoga at all – runners, cyclists, swimmers, this is for you: Grab two rubber balls, a block and start rolling and stretching away any tension you may have (even in places you didn’t know it was possible to be tense!).

We’ll be back for more but already really enjoyed researching this CBD boutique studio, located in a refreshingly cool and calm room just off busy St Georges Terrace (watch out for the yellow/white sign and enter though the Ashton Chambers glass doors).

Research continues – we have been inundated with submissions for further studios to include and we’ll make sure to check all of them in person, promise!

Thank you for all your support; it’s been a fantastic journey so far!

Want to leave feedback? We’d love to hear from you! Head over to andrealeber.com/bestofyoga to submit your comments on studios and teachers in Perth.

Keep up the good stretching work,

~ Andrea
