Surrounded by eucalypt and other beautiful native flowers and trees, Genesis in the Hills is located in the Perth Hills, Roleystone.

Genesis in the Hills has an extensive, seasonally changing all day menu packed full of vegan and vegetarian eats which utilise local and organic produce – some of which comes from their own little garden – inluding a vegan big brekky and veggie burger (pictured below). The vegan breakfast includes a zucchini and vegetable “omelette”, potato rosti, grilled vegetables, cannellini bean dip and avocado. YUM! Check out their website for their full menu.

And, I highly doubt you can look past all the beautiful cakes lined up on the counter without ordering one! I couldn't resist this vegan chocolate cake with soy ice cream. Almost too pretty to eat. Geneisis are also serving up freshly pressed juices, smoothies, hot drinks, and the delicious Kommunity Brew kombucha on tap.

Genesis in the Hills is located on Croydon Road in Roleystone, tucked away from the road in nature. Open Thursday to Sunday from 8:30 am (10:30 am Thurs) – 5:00pm. I highly recommend grabbing a seat on the outdoor decking overlooking the trees. The staff are super friendly and they all have smiles on their faces (I reckon it might be cause they're working in such a beautiful setting away from the city, amongst nature).
